  10. Download PDF and print at 100% scale on sticker paper (no “Fit to page”).
  11. Test-scan a printed label with a phone or handheld scanner; if it’s finicky, slightly increase width/height or reprint darker

  1. Code 128/39: use for letters + numbers; avoid very long strings on tiny stickers.
  2. EAN-13: 13 digits (numbers only). EAN-8: 8 digits. UPC-A: 12 digits. UPC-E: compressed UPC (numbers only).
  3. For reliable scans: keep clean margins (quiet zone), print at high quality (300 DPI+), avoid glossy surfaces, and don't shrink the PDF.
  4. If text overlaps the bars, reduce Text Size or increase Height a bit.
